Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. The Promotor is Finance Filter Pty Limited, trading as better finance options™️ (ABN: 38 647 386 874 | Australian Credit Licence : 534329) located at 10-20 Gwynne Street, Cremorne, Melbourne, Victoria 3121.
2. To be eligible to win, the entrant must take out a new vehicle or personal loan through better finance™️ during the Promotional Period (see clause 4).
3. Member of the public, shareholders, directors, employees, partners, sales agents and associated immediate families of Finance Filter Pty Limited are ineligible to enter the Promotion.
4. The Promotional Period commences 5 December 2025 and ends at 5pm 26 January 2026.
5. The Winner will be randomly drawn on 31 January 2026 out of all the entries to the Promotion received. The winner will be notified by phone or email in accordance with the details they provided during entry to the Promotion.
6. The Prize is $1,000 in fuel AND the winner's choice of a $1,000 retail voucher of their choice. There is one Prize to be won. The Prize will be awarded in the form of fuel vouchers or gift cards from the winner's chosen providers.
7. The Prize must be taken as offered, cannot be redeemed for cash and is neither transferable nor exchangeable, except at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
8. If a Prize is not claimed by 11 February 2026 after the Promoter has made best efforts to contact the Winner, the Prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted from the remaining entries.
9. If a Winner decides not to accept the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted from the remaining entries.
10. The Promotor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promotor will not in any instance be held accountable by the winner, their agent or other user of the prize, for any costs, liability, direct or consequential loss, injury damages and/or claims arising out of the use of their Prize. The winner, their agent or user of the prize accepts and assumes all liability for any costs, liability, direct or consequential loss, injury damages and/or claims which arise from their use and/or redemption of their Prize.
12. Once the Winner has been contacted by the Promotor, eligibility to win the prize has been confirmed, and the Prize and these Terms and Conditions have been accepted by the Winner, his or her name will be used in the Promotor’s marketing material and announcements. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to have their name published online, in print or other media without payment or compensation.
13. Entrants’ personal information will be collected, stored, and used by the Promotor solely for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and in accordance with the Promotor’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with the entrant’s consent.
14. Entries that are fraudulent or received outside the Promotional Period will be deemed invalid.
15. The Promotor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if it is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond its control.
16. This Promotion is conducted as a trade promotion lottery under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic). No permit is required in Victoria. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
